The Mural has been completed and it looks spectacular.  The artist is Kimberly Alsop who was once a student under Alan Bell.  The mural is located on the Front Street going towards the boat ramp.  Come check out this wonderful mural that illustrates the beauty of the Missouri River and the Historic Downton area.
